Parts are washed in a 5 stage washer with a phosphate solution, then dried before being powder coated. Parts are sent through a high heat oven that ensures proper curing for best adhesion. Customers enjoy a cost-effective solution for parts that require coating. We can powder coat parts 60 inches in height by 36 inches wide by 10 feet long in our automated powder coating line.
We can also paint large parts up to 120 inches wide by 120 inches high by 30 feet long in our batch painting/powder coating system. We can custom coat almost any colour you require. We have a large selection of paint and powder coat colours and finishes in stock to choose from.
