Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Duties:

  • Ensure each project adheres to timelines and deliverables through specific processes.
  • Communicate and follow-up on plans, actions, risks, issues, etc with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on day-to-day activities in the project scope of work.
  • Responsible for helping team work through roadblocks.
  • Analysis of project data and transferring information into usable internal reports and practical customer reports.
  • Assisting Project Manager and Project Manager Office with administration processes and functions.
  • Facilitate internal project launch and tracking of projects from inception to shipping.
  • Create and maintain project timelines supported by cross functional teams.
  • Participate in regular customer meetings to discuss project status, open issues and timing.
  • Track key measures and engineering changes.
  • Achieve project readiness within agreed upon timelines, scope and budget.
  • Track and maintain project artifacts in accordance with departmental requirements.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in related field and or relevant work experience required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes an asset.,
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with significant organizational growth and change.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • High degree of computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, flexible, and easily adaptable to changing conditions
  • Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
  • High energy, high ownership of work product, and dedication and commitment to driving results
