Job Duties
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
- Supply welders with materials and remove completed assemblies from workstations.
- Prepare, sort, and stage materials for production.
- Perform general labour tasks
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Assist other departments as needed to support production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification and previous forklift experience required.
- Ability to read and write, and complete forklift checklist daily.
- Manufacturing or welding shop experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
